Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure our appointments are available for all who need them, when they need them, we kindly request that all services are paid for at the time of booking .
A 3 day notice period for the cancellation of any 'in person' treatment sessions is required. In the first instance an alternative appointment will be offered. If an appointment is no longer required at this point, then a full refund will be offered.

For all online appointments a 24 hour notice period is required. In the first instance an alternative appointment will be offered. If an appointment is no longer required at this point a full refund can be given.

Please note that ALL cancellations outside of these timeframes and all 'no shows' will be charged at the full session price and no refund will be given.
